We take the protection of personal data seriously. Below we inform you under Article 13 GDPR about processing of personal data when you visit this website.
2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on a Hostinger International Ltd. VPS. When pages are retrieved, technically necessary connection data are processed (IP address, date and time, URL/status code, user agent/referrer if transmitted). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. TLS certificates are obtained via Let’s Encrypt (ACME).
3. No forms or tracking
This website does not operate contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, booking widgets, payments, user accounts or file uploads. No analytics or marketing services are used. No non-essential cookies for statistics or marketing are set.
3a. On-page CV assistant
Pages include an optional question assistant. It answers only from a static knowledge base (CV/profile data) inside the browser. The question is not sent to a server, language-model API or third party; no API key is embedded in the client. Questions are not stored beyond the current browsing session (no local storage, no cookie).
Unanswered questions point to the published phone number and email. If you use those contacts, section 4 applies.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. External links
The website contains links to external services (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, freelance.de, Credly, EITCI). No social plugins are loaded that transfer data merely by opening our pages.
6. Fonts and media
Presentation assets are served from our hosting and are not loaded from external font CDNs.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the data protection authority of Rhineland-Palatinate.
8. No automated decision-making
No profiling and no solely automated decision-making under Art. 22 GDPR take place. The CV assistant does not decide on applications or contracts.
